Parks and Cemetery

The City of Alma owns and maintains 7.3 acres of parks and 15 acres of cemetery.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE ONE OF THE PARKS FOR AN EVENT, PLEASE FILL OUT THE RESERVATION APPLICATION PROVIDED BELOW AND BRING TO CITY HALL IN PERSON  OR YOU CAN RECEIVE APPLICATION AT CITY HALL. OUR CITY OFFICE NEEDS THE COMPLETED APPLICATION AT LEAST 14-DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT DATE IN ORDER TO CHECK AVAILABILITY, SO THERE WILL BE NO SCHEDULE CONFLICTS.

FNB Plaza in Goldwasser

Included with the parks is Alma's FNB Plaza in Goldwasser. The Plaza contains a fully outfitted amphitheater with seating, sound, and lighting systems. Also provided are public restrooms and a performing area for events and entertainment.  All inquiries regarding the use of our parks should be directed to our Administrative Secretary 912-632-8072.
 

Rose Hill Cemetery

Rose Hill is Alma's cemetery. All inquiries on general records, grave location, and unmarked graves regarding the cemetery should be directed to our Code Enforcement Officer.
