The Alma Bacon County Comprehensive Plan is comprised of a Community Assessment, a Community Agenda, and a Community Participation Plan. The Comprehensive Plan is a set of plans that were adopted by the City of Alma and the Bacon County Commissioners in 2005. The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to utilize it as a planning tool to plan our community for up to twenty years. The Comprehensive Plan examines different elements such as Economic Development, Housing, and Land Use among others.
