The City of Alma's Charter can be found in the Code of Ordinances. The City of Alma enforces all codes that are adopted by the Mayor and City Council. The City of Alma's Code of Ordinances can be found online through Municode. The Code of Ordinances were updated in July 2009 with Municode.
